MLB Fire Pumps

Engineered to the highest benchmarks of material excellence, design, and manufacturing craftsmanship, MLB fire pumps deliver uncompromising reliability. Every unit is built to satisfy the stringent requirements of Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and Factory Mutual Research Corporation (FM), while fully aligning with NFPA 20 (National Fire Protection Association) standards.
Versatile Deployment & Applications
These fire pumps are built to protect high-stakes environments across a variety of sectors,

including:
Commercial Real Estate: Ideal for high-rises, office complexes, and large-scale commercial buildings.

Industrial & Manufacturing Plants: Engineered to handle the demanding safety needs of heavy industrial facilities.

Energy Sector: Designed to provide robust fire protection for diverse energy infrastructure.

Oil & Gas Operations: Built to meet the rigorous and hazardous safety demands of petroleum and gas facilities.

Power Generation: Reliable safeguarding for critical power

FEATURES:

Built for Permanence: Crafted from high-density, 35,000 psi cast iron. By casting the bearing bracket supports directly into the lower casing, MLB Pump guarantees permanent alignment of all rotating parts, reducing wear and tear.

Maximum Efficiency, Minimum Leakage: Renewable bronze casing rings seal the internal chambers, preventing fluid recirculation. A standard tapped and plugged seal flush connection on the upper casing adds versatile system integration.

Vibration-Free Performance: The single-piece cast-bronze impeller is dynamically balanced to eliminate vibration. This ensures smooth hydraulic flow while dramatically extending the life of your bearings and mechanical seals.

Simplified Maintenance: Say goodbye to tedious downtime. The packed stuffing boxes feature 304 stainless steel split glands and swing-type bolts, making repacking fast and effortless.

Superior Corrosion Resistance: Replaceable bronze and 304 stainless steel sleeves completely shield the carbon steel shaft from wear and fluid exposure, fully sealed with robust O-rings.

100,000+ Hours of Reliable Operation: Standard grease-lubricated, single-row ball bearings are rated for a massive 100,000-hour average lifespan. For heavy-duty applications, double-row outboard thrust bearings are also available.
